Registration Procedure

To get registered, students have to fill the application form provided from any of the Authorized Centres and register in any of our B.S.D.E.T Authorized Centre. B.S.D.E.T provides regular courses. The Authorized Centre name and code are to be mentioned in the application form at the time of admission.

Enclosures with the Application Form

• Two recent photographs (one passport size).
• Attested photocopy of last educational qualification.
• Category certificate (ST/SC/OBC) to be submitted.
• Address proof.

Course Structure

Considering the requirements of the aspirants, courses can be classified into Certificate Course / Diploma Course / Advanced Diploma Courses / PG Diploma Courses.

Examination Process

B.S.D.E.T has introduced an offline examination system. The enrolled students can apply for examinations at authorized centres after completion of the course/module.

Examination Types

Single examination system for courses having duration below six/four/three months.
Module-wise examination system for courses of six months or above.
The details of module papers and marks can be collected at your authorized centre.

Examination Procedure

Examinations will be conducted all around the year at your B.S.D.E.T Authorized Centre. The pattern of exams will be multiple choice. Exam dates, timings, and sessions will depend on the date of form submission. After that, students must reapply with the examination fee. The duration will be 2–3 hours depending on the course.

Evaluation & Result

The minimum qualifying marks for Certificate, Diploma, & Advanced Diploma courses is 40%. After qualifying all exams, students are awarded grades as per their percentage.

Re-Examination

A student must secure at least 40% marks in each course/semester to qualify. Those who fail can reappear by paying a re-examination fee of Rs. 250/- in cash. Failure to appear within the specified period results in loss of eligibility. Such students must re-register by completing the admission procedure again.

Result

Students can view their results within 45 days of examination from our website. Certificate/Diploma/PG Diploma/Advanced Diploma will be awarded by B.S.D.E.T only after:

• Before the examination, students must clear all exam entry fees to B.S.D.E.T.
• All students must purchase important exam books from B.S.D.E.T at reasonable prices.
• Students requiring dresses for respective courses must deposit the amount within 15 days before collection.
• Students seeking admission will receive a form and prospectus for Rs. 30 from the District Coordinator, delivered within 5 days.
• After admission, submit the registration form within 30 days and collect the ID card within a week by paying Rs. 70.
